Down with Warzone Drip

I have not heard much complaint from people about the warzone req drip, but it is really grinding my gears.
Okay, since launch we’ve had the REQ system. Then someone says “Hey what if the Warzone REQ system…wasn’t the REQ system that the players are used to?”
I admire the idea of the REQ drip. Long term throughout the game for lesser players, it’s all fine and dandy.
But I have two main arguments against the REQ drip.
First off, there’s almost no personal reward for kills and base caps. Use to, you cap a base and your level bar would fill up about 2/5 of the way. Now it gives you maybe 1/6 of a bar.
Second off, it has RUINED my strategy. All maps except Skirmish at Darkstar (and occasionally Apex 7) I would be REQ level 3 as I capped our first armory/garage. Now? I’m barely level 2. On Escape from ARC I would always call in a nade launcher or Caster and soak the enemy base to pick up a killing spree. This has RUINED my strategies. And so what? When a team is getting farmed in an armory they’ve gotten an extra level so they can call in a Blaze of Glory and get killed wth that, too?
I’m not a pro by any standard. I usually struggle to get 25 kills in a round. I just think this is dumb, and please, please 343 modify it. Perhaps the team that’s getting blown out can receive REQ level accordingly.
