Doubts I have about 343i and Halo infinite.

Someone to answer these questions for me:

  • Are they going to remove the Spartan companies from Halo Waypoint forever?
  • Can I get the Watchdog Coatings after Halo Infinite come out?
  • Will the Halo 5 servers still be active after Infinite comes out?

It seems that Spartan Companies are going the way of the dodo, yes, though people have been speaking up against the action. Whether 343i reconsiders is up in the air at the moment.

The Watchdog reward I am not sure on. I would imagine so as I can’t remember anything anywhere stating that you had to reach SR152 before Halo: Infinite releases.

Yes, Halo 5: Guardians’ servers will still be active. I don’t think they’ll be going away anytime soon.

Maybe 343 will replace spartan companies with something else. Just an idea though.

Maybe. We’ve seen no hint of it though in Halo: Infinite if they do have plans to replace Spartan Companies.

Even though 343 Industries will restart everything in the Halo Waypoint website, I am still hoping that they will find a way to keep the Spartan Companies. It will be a huge disappointment if they really remove the Spartan Companies from the Halo Waypoint website.

  1. Sounds like it. I’m sure there will be a replacement in the future with similar function though. Clans have always been a pretty big part of Halo’s community.
  2. Not sure, is that the SR-152 reward.
  3. Yes. You can still play Halo 3 online on the 360 as of right now. Halo 5 isn’t going anywhere.
