If you’re so super duper absolutely positively sure that 343 is not gonna disappoint us again, take a big ol rip of that hopium and cross your fingers and toes, that the Lone Wolves armor isn’t scuffed, untextured, or crooked, like we’ve already seen with multiple other cosmetics, due to them being rushed and untested. If it’s not in the test build, it ain’t ready to go. If they push it out anyway, expect issues with it. If by some miracle they’re flawless, it’s about damn time. Season 2 will probably be forced to come out on time, the same way that Halo infinite was forced to come out when it wasn’t ready. Doesn’t mean it’s going to be pretty

There were no new cosmetics found in the Forge test build leaks, and 343 is still showing off concept art, so all I’m saying is the core is very likely not ready or made yet, and to expect issues with Season 2. I’d go as far as to expect a split Battle Pass with content added at a later date, and just releasing what they already have now. They have one month. I don’t have high expectations. They don’t even have a trailer yet like previous battle pass and events. They have nothing to show us

I severely hope they turn on crosscore customization for everyone in S2. Would only improve their standing with the community and increase sales of their BPs and store purchases.
Getting new cores would simply be a “base” spartan, so you use whichever one you like the best

I agree. With the debug console enabled with mods, you can just flick a switch to use cross-core like bots did in the beta. There’s already a handful of clipping armor. Cores should just be the Halo 5 body armor, and everything else is free to mix with it. It basically is Halo 5 with Reach magnets. If this were the case, I would buy the Season 2 Battle Pass.
(Disclaimer: I don’t actually use mods nor recommend using them. There are just a lot of mods and videos about them on YouTube and Twitch.)

I don’t really think clipping is an extremely big deal.
There’s been clipping in MCC a lot as well and it seems like a relatively easy thing to fix tbh.
Although, they can’t even rotate a stupid visor until S2, so what do I know

It will for sure launch on time (really it was already delayed since season one was supposed to be 3 months). The big question is the quality and content; we’ll never know the extent of things cut for another season. We’ll probably find out what was rushed and not properly QC’d real quick though, no eagle eyes required.

Source being 343 avoiding the subject as usual and only showing concept art. Any developer proud of their game, wanting to hype up nearing content, would drop literally any screenshot of what to expect.
As I said, we had leaks of all of season 1 and events since before the game even released. While I can’t PROVE that Lone Wolves isn’t finished and ready for May, based on literally everything 343 is known for, there’s no reason to believe it’s ready and polished if they still have radio silence.
Otherwise, they would have a roadmap with teasers a long time ago if they had anything ready to show off. We don’t even have any evidence that there will be 3 events between Season 2 and 3, or if 3 will be further delayed
