Are there any other non-americans out there that think its a little unfair that we don’t get the double xp promo, or is it just me?
Even with double xp you still get more xp just by playing spartan ops (which doesn’t count double xp), so, yeah…
If you’re trying to get xp by playing wargames you are doing it wrong.
It’s unfair but doesn’t really make a difference.
I agree. I just tried it out a few days ago and it asked me what State and Zip Code, I was somewhat disappointed with their decision but it makes some sense when you think about it.

spartan ops does work with double xp.
Oh well, Double XP is a lame marketing scheme anyways.
I got my rank without it…(SR…54 I think).
you can in fact use x2 exp with spartan ops sorry to say but your wrong on that also x2 exp doesnt matter you hit the cap in about 1 1/2 hours of spartan ops so why do that just enjoy the game 
We are able to use Double XP codes up here in Canada.
It’s really not a big deal, leveling up is super easy in this game.
