If true, that’s pathetic. Raise shop prices and drop XP boosts. Throw Bonobo on top of that. 343 hates us confirmed. We are almost right back to square 1 again. 343 learned nothing. It’s getting borderline impossible to be a Halo fan these days. There is no need for all this aggressive backpedaling

Yeah the shop prices creeping back up to Day 1 like the Double Xp boosts going back down is utterly ridiculous, like we’re not blind we can see this happening

I hope for their sake it’s some kind of a weird bug. If not, it’s actually really shocking how (1) they didn’t have the guts to mention it explicitly, and (2) it’s such a nonsensical change.
It speak volumes about their principles as a company if it’s intentional.

Oh yeah, I just hate when a minor bug goes and edits a specific value from a specific line of text in my code that hasn’t been edited since launch.
I severely doubt it’s a bug. It’s likely related to price increases. I’d love to know who thought “We are losing players and aren’t making enough money, so raise prices and drop XP boost time to make up for the loss” like that works outside of a fictional world. They are scalping us like we are gas prices, except supply and demand does not work in a digital market where there is no demand nor limited supply

Then there’s me sitting at lvl 68 who hasn’t spent a second using 2XP because it’s really not that necessary.
I just started a 2xp boost. Mine still reads 59:59. I think you just had a glitch. A bad one, but still a glitch. Either that or I am the glitched one and still have 60 minutes.

I have no idea how the EXP boosts work in this game, but is it possible that old boosts are 60 and new ones are 40?

I actually think it is a bug heh, but not one that everyone encounters. Mine are still 60mins, I just checked.
How much do you play? I only play during fractures and I’m 51 because of boosts.
