Started playing at 18:00 (GMT), and activated a double xp. It worked for 1 match. But now it’s not been active for the past 3 matches. 48 minutes have passed, so it definitely didn’t run out.
Has this happened to anyone else?
The timer stopped appearing in the boosts menu or it just wasn’t doubling your XP? (Maybe both)
Both. The timer disappeared, and I didn’t seem to be getting the xp boost.

Ahh, I see… I didn’t think I was getting it, after the first match, but maybe I wasn’t paying enough attention.

I’ve had this happen 4 documented times now. I submitted all my info to the help desk and was told it’s an ongoing issue that has no fix. My case was left open until they can recreate it and fix it, but til then, I lost out on 4 boosts! If they’d just give me 4 for the lost ones, I’d say ok, but they wouldn’t even do that. And it’s not like they can’t check… if one match has double xp then the following match is normal xp, they can deduce the amount of time a booster was active. Even explaining that, they did nothing.
Best bet is at the start of every match, record a quick clip while sitting on the battle pass screen, it shows the xp counter, your current xp & battle pass rank. Then make sure at the end of each match, check the same screen. If the boost is gone, record that after match screen and the battle pass screen to show proof of how short the booster was active for (they can see the xp gained as further proof) & submit it. It’s a pain to do every time, but it’s the only way to show video proof. If the timers still going, just delete each clip. Very annoying but for whenever they reimburse, that’s the proof, otherwise you’ll likely just get told something pointless & you lose another booster.
