Double XP and XP cap question

if i play MM and im XP capped, Will it use up my double XP games?

no, i worried the same Midnight launch i got sr 24 and capped kept playing and it didnt use them up next time i checked.

If you have double XP play Spartan Ops and you will get about 10,000 XP per game. Trust me, I got from 44 to 47 in like 6 games. Be careful though, as you will hit the XP cap very easily.

when does the cap reset? is it midnight or 6 am ?
