Postsums has confirmed the double XP event for the MCC is over, which probably confirms the end for H5 as well. I haven’t seen any update from Uny yet, but he confirmed in his last update double XP will last through April. Hoping it would get extended through May as well since we will most likely stay in lockdown until June (in my area). Gonna be a lot harder without those weekly boosts, but oh well. I wish they would at least make them permanently available for purchase with RP. I have almost enough to get 200 boosts when they go up again.

Honestly sucks. Thought it would last at least another month. If anything this just discouraged players to keep playing.
I have 84 Arena boosts and 109 Warzone boosts, so I can imagine that most players will be set for a while (even if there are no more on the way).

I really hope they extend it. I will still be in lockdown for almost another month as well. They could just keep 2xp, dont have to give out free packs, or at least make them available for REQ purchase. I do appreciate how long they ran it though, I went from 114 to 148 during this 2xp peroid. Though Im sure this wont be the last of 2xp before Infinite drops.

Same here. I ran straight through 150-151, gonna miss all the free boosts. I think whenever we get more details about the Series X and Infinite they will probably have some sort of XP celebration.
This has demotivated me to play Halo as much now knowing that I’ll struggle ranking up on 5 before Infinite

It’s still double XP in Halo 5. Just the weekly packs aren’t around. Though is sure double XP will end at some point and come back later
Arena’s are useless to me since I never go in there hardly, but I have over a hundred WZ and plan on using them if mythic ever comes back.
I think the double xp ends today. I played a couple heroic firefight matches before logging into work this morning and still got 20k+ per match.
Good thing turbo is up this weekend. I’d love to knock out this last 2M XP and get it over with.

When it’s up it’s featured (star beside it) so yes
i wish they at least share the last of this weekly reward that has not been released yet. I passed from 151 to 151 with those rewards… but I loved it becouse I have achieved 10M instead of 5M
