Double the health, Divide the Spartans by 4

Buck, Tanaka, Vale, Linda, Kelly and Fred all have one thing in common when it comes to playing solo in Halo 5 Guardians, and that is being a colossal pain in the backside. Now from a contextual standpoint Halo has never really been that kind of title that stands out in the field of AI development, with friendly and enemy AI alike running out onto the battlefield guns a blazing, only to then be mowed down by the player character in a similar blaze of glory.

Now when Halo 5 wanted to re-invent the single player experience that Halo had to offer, they decided that adding an additional 3 Spartans was the way to go and i’m not gonna criticize them for that as it was a good concept. However when put into motion it clearly doesn’t work which becomes prevalent when Promethean knights or Hunters enter the scene in higher difficulties such as legendary. Serving as 3 second cannon fodder while at the same time directing all enemy attention to your location resulting in your inevitable death around 80% of the time.

Now with these new Spartans the most prevalent con is the fact that you are now more vulnerable, taking fewer shots before you are killed, which becomes annoying as you are in solo the one who is doing about 90% of the work, taking out horde after horde while your team is too busy being dead to help. Which is frustrating as they are supposed to assist in game-play not weight you down like cinder blocks tied to you ankles.

So the point of which that i wanted to get down to and i’m sure i’m not the only one on this, is that would it be possible if you added a function or skull in which i could disable my teammates in favor of extra health.
