Hey was pointed this way by xbl support, I got the premium req bundle when I got the games LE but for x-mas someone brought me a code…I activated said code but have got no bundles since, what’s going on there?!? Can I get the packs or at least a refund because I am not getting said packs…thank you

REQ bundles can only be used once OP, if you redeemm a 2nd you don’t get any more packs out of it. 343 should be in contact with you soon about that, more info in the sticky topic at the top of this forum:
