Double Or Nothing Tournament

Engaged Gaming is a brand new community that wants to bring together gamers under a good cause. We are a respectful group of players that pride ourselves on our actions and words, and what we do to help other. This is your chance to be apart of something great. You don’t have to join the community to help out, all you have to do is read what is said below, spread the word, and perhaps consider lending a hand.

The other host of this tournament is Game on CF. We are a non-profit charity dedicated to the pursuit of treatment and, one day, a cure for Cystic Fybrosis. You might not completely understand what CF is, but it afflicts a large number of the population, and there is a good chance that you may know somebody who suffers. Game on CF wants to do what it can to raise money for this cause. If you’d like more information, please contact Game on CF’s founder Justin ‘Syphex’ Church, who can easily be found on our website.

So, on to the tournament, your way of showing off some skill, possibly making some money, and helping Game on CF fight for a good cause. This tournament will take place on Halo: Reach, the weekend of August 15th. It will be between two teams of two members. The matches will be played on standard Zero Bloom, Team Slayer gametypes. There is an admission fee of $10 per team but this is a small price to pay when it comes to a good cause, not to mention 60% of the money raised comes right back to the top three winners. This tournament will be open to the first 24 teams that sign up.
