Not sure if this has been talked about either.
I was able to upload a video of this on my gamertag. Unlike the last bug I found.
Somehow i threw two plasmas simultaneously. I know this was a popular glitch from halo 2 using the plasma pistol. Cant figure out exactly how I did it other than I know I pressed left on the dpad to switch back to frags at or around the same time as I pressed the bumper to throw it. Instead of throwing one, I dumped both nades.

This will happen if you start lagging. If you have 6 nades of one type, it will throw all 6 at the same time.

Go to your recent captures and share it to Xbox Live. Once it’s done uploading, visit gamerdvr.com and find your clip by entering your gamertag. You can then share the link to your clip here.

Ok here it is. I didnt edit the video. Its 45 sec but the glitch happens in the first 10 sec
Yeah, this happened to me all the time when my area was riddled with noise in the Comcast lines resulting in packet loss. Not a glitch.
