I would like to see something like that in the next halo, so that people get into playlists they normally would not get into. It just really spiced up matchmaking. What do you think? Are other alternatives?
That’d be great if we had a 1-50 truskill (smartmatch) system or ELO first. Then we could re-invent the double exp weekend.
Depends on how hard it is to rank up.
If it’s anything like halo 4 then no. If it’s reach or halo 2/3 then maybe.
Double XP is a good way to steal population. I hop on BF4 for games on the double xp weekends when I normally wouldn’t play. Rank has to unlock things though or it’s pointless. I don’t want anything that gives an advantage though. Just things like armor, emblems, and weapon skins.
