You load your BR with nerf bullets instead of metal ones? It annoys me sometimes as well when I shoot someone with a BR about 10 times and their shield doesnt even lower. Lag is such a joyous thing isnt it… is there anything at all I can do about this or is it my internet? Because I know that usually its the host but this has been happening a lot.
Lag is usually either on your end or the hosts end. If it’s on the host end then literally nothing you can do about it because the game’s population is lowering to the point were you’ll get a host from a different country commonly 
Load your DMR with troll grade derp bullets and aim for the face. Other than that I think it is just your Internet or the server because about a month ago Halo 4 constantly lagged in the evening but again that was probably just my broad band. With a lowering population you will get put on servers where the host is in a different country.

There are no ‘servers’. Halo 4 uses a peer to peer networking system.
Are you sure you’re actually hitting the targets? Did you check for hit markers?
no I don’t use the BR
Seems to happen to me a crap ton as well.
Never been a fan of the spread. Always preferred the DMR over it.
However in campaign or spartan ops it’s nice when a group of grunts is facing you. But that’s about it.
I do not use the BR. More in favor of the DMR, however it has happened to me before on a 4v4 map. Like Moa said, im guessing it was a lag.

Yea I went back and checked. Happened to me twice in that game, meh as long as it doesnt happen a lot (Which it hasnt really) I dont mind.
