I hated it originally, then I never forgot about the badass gold elite encounters on the bridge…
Did you forget? Plasma Rifle+Pistol or Plasma Rifle+Pistol ftw btw
Never happens to me. I tamed the Goldie.
Some things I did:
-got him stuck on a ridge on my first try
-made him dive off the bridge
-assassinated him with plasma pistol overcharge
-brought him all the way to the end of the level
All. On. Legendary. Two Betrayals.
That was/is my biggest issue with Halo:CE, there are portions where the checkpoints are a long way behind you.
Is there any way to get a savepoint to kick in or are they pre-coded?
