Yeah I played through the level and found out
You know I know probably will never happen but I hope they do give the tank gun a forum eventually even if they use a current weapon model and if they do I hope they give it a different color scheme I know they have much bigger things to worry about right now so it’s not something I would expect them to do right away
I forgot one thing the tank gun having a model would be very helpful this way if you accidentally pick up another weapon then you could possibly pick the tank gun back up

The May 25th patch notes do say that they have added the tank gun back in.
I think them just using a scorpion tank cannon for the model would be fine. They could just downscale the cannon model and reuse the the firing animation along with the shell ejection for the reload animation. It would look a bit awkward, but it would work. At this point it’s not about realism, it’s about dumb fun.

I know it’s not about realism it’s just what I’m using a weapon I like to see the barrel of the gun in front of me I still think they could easily enough apply it to a rocket launcher or bulldog with a different color scheme but again I know it’s not top priority they have other things to figure out first

that was way back in 2004 when there have add something like that after halo 2 no other secred weapon have been enter in the halo serie’s any more.
and most off all the tank gun in halo infinite is more a glitch but its been mark by the communety that its a fun glitch that give’s no harm and its something fun to have.
and most off all its 343 own fault more.
since the launch off the campaign last year people have been question about the tank gun if its a easter egg or a glitch and since then no one from 343 has told the communety about it if it was a glitch or a easter egg at all.
so people have mark it as easter egg more.
that after 3/4 month’s later there going to tell its a glitch is something wrong and stupid more.
since it has been markt all by the communety as easter egg and its something to give a lot off fun in the campaign mode.

not all the glitch’s in game’s need to be fix some off then are fun and need to stay to give it more fun for the game.
and the tank gun is maybe a glitch but its something that not has to be fix and so what it has no weapon display i not care about it.
I just like to be able to see the weapon I am holding and after they get the problem with the game fixed I do not think asking for a weapon model for the tank gun is to much to ask for just apply a weapon model that is already in the game and give it a different color scheme
i not care if you can see the tank gun or not so its better to let it stay like its now.
