Breakout is one of those game modes, where sure it’s not always that fun to watch, but there are those games that get so intense you want to just jump out of your chair. Plus the craziest things happen in breakout. Like a 1v3 clutch
Second reason: its a great buffer game. One of those games to slow down the tournament for a few minutes let teams regain there energy, or give teams the chance to get back into the tournament.
Lets make this thread popular guys so it doesn’t get removed.
WE NEED MORE GAME TYPES TO MAKE IT INTERESTING, and breakout is the game type.
Plus its very competitive, its just a change of pace, get use to it!

Not sure what you’re trying to say … but if the players in the championship don’t like the gametype then it should be removed. They’ve been complaining about it for a long time. In fact Snakebite did the poll that got it removed.
Breakout is the worst game mode in the game. When they released the stats on what game modes are played the most, Breakout was next from last (right behind FFA). Halo 5 is too competitive, and Breakout is nothing more than competitive. Too competitive for me lol. I understand that being competitive is part of games; but in video games, people want to relax and have fun. I hate having to randomly play it in TA. Ruins my day. Mostly, I hate it when I die then I have to sit and watch an idiot try to save us. I don’t play to watch others play. Please remove Breakout, especially form TA.

Snakebite? Lol now understand… CLG sucks in Breakout. Their weakest gametype for sure.
If we keep Breakout in there, why don’t we just put SWAT in there as well? Both are competitive that requires a change from Slayer.

But if 90% of pro players want it gone then it’s clearly not a good gametype for competitive play. Many viewers hate watching breakout too. It’s been complained about for a while so it finally got removed.

Yeah, Im agree but… Breakout is most competitive gametype in H5.

Also: inform yourself guys. Snakebite wasnt the one “doing” the poll. He just pointed out that the pros were never asked about Breakout by 343i.
Every team but one was for its removement + the majority of the competitive community.
Good Riddance. Also FYI, it was not Snakebite who got it removed, but a Beyond member who polled 40 pros. All Snakebite did was call out when a certain 343 employee lied.

Its a competition? you don’t hear pro athletes complain about certain tracks, or courses they don’t like, and forcing them to be removed? no they just accept it and practice at it

I’m sorry it’s the only decent gametype in H5. Then again in a yr it won’t matter anyway since H5 won’t have a pop to support 1 gametype.
Lol it’s not competitive at all. It’s filled with random nades and drawn out standoffs that end in ties. Everyone hates watching it and it’s terrible for viewers.
Competitive Halo has been around for almost a decade and a half; it never needed a S&D ripoff and it doesn’t now.
The pro players don’t like it, and the majority of spectators hate watching it. You don’t create a long lasting E-Sports by forcing your players to play something they hate, or by forcing spectators to watch something they don’t enjoy.
