Dont recived Arena Req Bundle packs.

At first sorry im sorry for bad English.

I bought the Arena Req Bundle 3 weeks ago and recived evry week my packs thna i saw u can still buy the warzone Req Pack Bundle so i bought it and today ( beginning of the week ) i just recived the Warzone Packs and i can see SOMETIMES the Arena Req Bundle pack in the Halo 5 REQ pack shop.
Is it possible to recive Arena Req packs and warzone packs evry week or do i just get the warzone packs now and wasted 25$ for the Arena Pack ?

Is out there a special support or any type of Halo support that can fix this for me ?

You should receive your 2 Arena REQ Packs and 2 Warzone REQ Packs every week.
