I hated in reach how everything was forge.
just ship the game with 15-20 good maps, at least 3-4 good vehical maps.
I wouldn’t mind having a playlist with community made maps,just don’t put them in the big ranked and social playlists.
Agreed have a playlist “Community” or “Forged” etc. One playlist for forge maps where as the rest is only maps that shipped with game (or are forged by 343) no community in normal playlists please.
To a point I agree about having a community playlist and shipped maps (15 should do), but we have no idea how Halo 4’s Forge is going to work. Let’s wait and see how it is going to work before making assumptions that it is going to work like the past. For all we know it could end up being enough to create maps that are not all gray, but the opposite can just easily happen.
On a side note, should this not be in the Mulitplayer section?
I disagree. In my opinion, Haven and Ragnarok are the only maps that are really good. Get those forged maps in there so we don’t have to play on Complex so much.
Yeah I agree, we need more slayer maps. Maybe people could vote on what Forge Maps they want to be added to the line-up each week.
And at the end of the week, whichever map achieved the following will be added to the playlist it was nominated for (each map can be nominated in at most one playlist per week):
The highest rating (Rating = Likes + Downloads - Dislikes * 2
At least x amount of the community that was online that week voted on it
343 approves of the map
Since there are three different templates for forge I wouldn’t mind them in the playlists.
I completely disagree. I don’t want it to be nothing but forge maps like Reach, but adding some forge maps would be nice. I’d love it if they added Relay to the 4v4 and 5v5 playlists and if they added Settler to BTB. Also forgers have some good remakes made like The Pit.
