what do you mean exclusive? MCC is already on xbox and is now coming to PC. Reach will now also be released to xbox at the same time as PC or atleast they will release close to each other.
It was confirmed anyway that this is going to be a steam product.
I probably go a little confused with the word epic (i suppose you meant Epic the company) and totally missed the point, but as mentioned it has already been confirrmed to release on steam.
