now i hope that someone from 343 has been reading this form. because alot of people have been having problems with the LE/console DLC. i downloaded it on the wrong account, and i cant even use it at all. (on the same xbox btw) but the offline account can. so im hoping that 343 will fix this. because making dlc account locked is just low. so people post on here your story and i hope 343 will change this. please people i want to use my stuff i payed for.
Think of the armor DLC as items for your account, such as an avatar clothing item or microsoft points. Since you redeemed the code on the wrong account, you might need to take it up with microsoft support services.

I think he’s right…might wanna contact Xbox live support.
But also maybe I am wrong but why would u assume it wouldn’t be anything but exclusive to only one account? I figured that I bought the pre orders only my account would be able to use them…am I wrong or is that just kinda common sense…but in your case I hope u get help since u entered it wrong by mistake.

i did they said it should not be account lock and told me to call back in two weeks. but in-game content should not be account lock, only avatar items are. also its only with halo 4 stuff that this happen to me with.

but it never said anything about it being account locked in the usage thing.(yes people read those) its says that it can be used on different accounts on the same xbox.
