Don’t tryhard to make it flashy, hip, unfriendly, and broken like your website. It’s a pain trying to log on and check my stats out. I like to keep track of my k/d ratio, and most importantly my games. I like seeing how I man-handle people with the wide variety of weapons I tend to use.
My recommendation? K.I.S.S.
Keep it simple stupid. Seriously, make it simple and practical. It’ll please everyone.
A very constructive post. rolls eyes
I really don’t see how Halo Waypoint is so bad. It does have a few issues, but it is still somewhat new.
> Yeah… no.
Yeah… no, he’s right. Waypoint is honestly way too flashy. It needs to be function over form. I can still load the Bungie app on iOS and check my friends list WAY faster than opening up Waypoint to check. Same goes for every aspect of the website.
Although the presentation is a little vulgar, he has a point. I want a really, really polished menu, not like Halo Anniversary’s, which had a lot of scrolling sensitivity when using the left stick and some things about it were just unappealing (mostly the small font).
Yeah, Waypoint’s service record is a pain to navigate.
meh…waypoint has lots of bugs, can be quite flashy and it nowhere near as good as bungie’s old site but I don’t expect it to be anything like Halo 4. I hope halo 4 is a more gritter and mechanical version of the previous halos
