from what i watched on the live stream video of halo 4 gameplay you are still able to tea-bag yes you can tea-bag but only if you kill your enemy with the unsc weapons and covenant weapons but not the forerunners weapons as they will turn to orange flakes and disappear

Spectre Jaguar are both victims of tea-bagging cause they both suck -Yoink-
they only disintegrate with the forerunner power weapons the the scatter shot,binary rifle and the incineration cannon the others don’t incinerate them
