This is honestly proof that 343i are capable of making quality coatings in game that the 2-piece dry color system can’t do. I just hate that some great designs are behind the HCS flag.
Though there are some possible new coatings coming to season 3, I don’t think they compare to most of what I seen here. Unless they can make the coatings non-locked onto a spartan pack like the previous ones, the coatings would be no problem.
This is the first season I feel that great coatings are not only coming to HCS bundles but also outside those bundles. The thing with the HCS bundles is that they’re designed together with the teams and a big part of the money that is generated from selling those bundles goes to the teams. So if you like the skins, you can also blame the teams themselves. 
I don’t think 343 thinks “let’s make a few great coatings and give those to HCS teams and creat crappy coatings and put them in battle passes or the shop.”
The only problem I have with these HCS bundles is once again that nothing seems to be cross core. 
Its only like that because no one cares about HCS. So in order to get people to watch it and increase there numbers for views they have to release special content that people would love to use.
I don’t think 343i would make the designs for each team, I would presume it was the HCS teams that created their own armor coatings. Not 343i.
