Energy shields are independent of the body and has a static value regardless of where someone gets shot. It wouldn’t make sense for a piece of equipment take more damage based on location of shot IMO.

No, it’s been that ways since Halo: CE. I mean I do all headshots out of habit at this point, but if you want a gametype based solely on headshots play SWAT when it comes out Tuesday.

Personally I think the longer TTK is part of the charm of Halo, makes u think and adapt on ur feet if u want to win a shootout.

You are asking for a change in Halo that would change Halo itself. Anyone who has played Halo would understand this, and quickly realize how silly it is to make a suggestion like that.
