People will do what they do just to troll, or give themselves a better opportunity to get Last Man. Just go over there and infect them ASAP
I’d just say avoid the edge of the map mate. A lot of people will attempt to hit you off the map constantly with out stopping. Happened to me when I was newer, then I realized they would never stop doing it. i really don’t get why people be such -Yoinks!- sometimes and hit you off the map. But it is what it is.
Infection is getting competitive too now?

I still have not played infection in Halo 5. Looks like I’ll stay away for a bit longer lol

Why are you near the edge tho? If you happen to become last man standing will you just jump of to your death anyways? Besides you can hear a ground pound coming a mile away becauseclf the sounds it makes, and if someone tries to Spartan charge you off, thrust sideways, they will end up boosting to their death

Spartan Charging and Ground Pounding teammates should kill the person doing the charging/pounding.
I am getting sick of these guys who thinks it is fun to charge their teammates off of stuff.

In a case like that simply report them for trolling, and or griefing. You won’t ever be paired with them ever again. It saves you the time as well!

H5 infection is good fun but you do occasionally get some fools either doing it because they think its funny or to get closer to last man.
haha I remember that one time I was playing infection. I gunned down so many infected with a saw. I saw a teammate coming towards me so I was gonna jump over him but we both jumped and his spartan pushed my spartan off the edge. I was furious at the time cause I hate that you can be pushed around like that but it’s funny now when i look back at it

Thing is Infection is a Free For All. To me you’re not a team mate, you’re just another guy trying to win. So if you are sat next to a edge why shouldn’t I push you off? That way I’m closer to last man standing and you’re another zombie to kill. Just like any survival situation, people will screw over others to survive.
Hell I let other survivors walk into areas where I can see and easily kill the zombie just so they die and I can have their ammo.
Am I a troll? No. Am I a bad player? I would say more opportunist player. Am I a survivor? You’re -Yoink!- right I am!
Live and learn OP. Don’t stand near edges and don’t trust anyone
Some people do that so they can be last man standing and try to get killionaires etc… for clips. I just avoid infection all together.

But i am not always on edge. On crypt I was standing on top of rocks and a dude GP me off into the green abyss. Luckily i got out of the way, but the point is he launched me far.
I love infection and Halo 5 but i could do without it,
