I bought my halo 5 xbox one edition in 2015 but when I went to redeem my code it did not work and I went through my helmet collection and it still wa s not there can anyone help me

I think those older codes don’t work anymore if I recall.

It should still work, but maybe either you put the code in wrong or its already used.
