343i thanks to you not doing bug testing my friend and I are only getting 1 permanent thing out of silver packs, not 2… I’m not even getting the 1500 if there is nothing to be got.

They just worked fine for me.
Edit: So apparently we are not supposed to buy packs, but it will let us and It doesn’t say anywhere to buy reqs in message of the day.

To be fair, it’s been like this for the 4 previous updates as well. They usually let us know what time they’ll be up for everyone for sure. Yeah, they may show up before then, but that doesn’t mean it’s completely rolled out for everyone.
I went in and bought a silver pack and I only got one Cert in the pack. So I am with Wren on this one. Don’t buy Reqs for right now.

Yeah to be fair, i usually don’t play till a week later… I wouldn’t be mad if I didn’t lose 20minutes of req points for no reason.

Yeah that’s how it’s supposed to be, You can’t get emblems for the first two, but the third one has a chance of either an emblem or a better card or something.
Never mind it works now, It’s now safe to use reqs.

No, EST here and I’m still getting refunded from Silvers. Oddly enough, only 3 items won’t unlock for me. I’ve gotten everything else.
