I bought all 100 levels for the Battle pass and now Im just not having fun playing the game with nothing to unlock. I regret buying all the levels now instead of grinding them out, next season ill grind my levels instead of buying them so I recommend not buying the battle pass levels if your anything like me you will get bored of playing just grind them out .

Ouch! Steep cost for not that great cosmetics, other than the flaming shoulders and the EVA helmet.

In my opinion the EVA helmet is not even that nice, i bout the battle pass and i have just been grinding it out i prefer the mark VI helmet

1 because you start with pretty much nothing and the xp is way to slow to level up it took like 3 days just to get to level 1 so buying it was the only option to speed up the process

- XP system is way to slow and the worst in ANY GAME I’ve seen.
- Yo, That is crazy, but if yo got the money, spend it as you please, JUST DON’T HAVE REGRETS with something you can’t refund.
- You do get armor based on his armor, His helmet and shoulders like you did in reach.
( That is what most people did too with this battle pass - That and for Emiles armor Kit. )
the regret isnt the spending of money the regret is not having anything to work towards so the game has become boring

how does not paying for levels and grinding threw them instead stopping the game from improving?
When a shop dictates the direction of a game it’s not a good thing at all.
343 is less likely to improve the ranking/loot in this game the more players just keep on wasting money as you did.
The battle pass shouldn’t have even been a thing, and stripping the game to Barbone to sell to the players in pieces through the battle pass/shop was the lamest thing to ever happen to this game.

I got to level 100 yesterday, and I didn’t spend a dime on levels. I only completed the dailies and weeklies like a normal person. Buying levels like this encourages companies to push microtransactions even further into gameplay.

I mean…people have already asked it but I’ll have to question it anyway: why?
Been like, what, a month since the multiplayer came out and I’m nearly 80 myself and I still have like half a dozen Double XP bonuses and twenty-plus Challenge Swaps. Between the lack of a separate progression/ranking system and the fact that this first season is gonna span six months instead of three, it really kind of boggles me as to why you would buy your way through the Battle Pass - and this is besides the price to pay for it all.
I believe the math that’s been calculated based on the prices for the increments of credits you can purchase to level up the Battle Pass from 0 to 100 is…roughly $1,600?
I’ve just spent 3 hours going through all my sympathy reserves and I just can’t find any for you.

Yeah you contributed to the system “nobody likes” and you also didn’t have to grind like everyone else. The grind was hard at first and then they fixed it to where you can level up daily pretty easily.
I think you also got extra boosts and challenge swaps as well no?

This is wisdom. You can actually call wisdom, learning from your mistakes. As you get older, your list of mistakes will get longer and your wisdom will increase, so that, you don’t repeat your mistakes. What you have written here, shows that you have learned from your mistake.

I’m level 70+ still with weeks to go and I only bought the premium battle pass, not the 25 level version.
Very glad I didn’t buy the more expensive version as I’d reach max level with weeks left to play. Waste of money. It just encourages the microtransaction culture, something that I don’t support.
Thanks for posting this as a warning to others and sorry that you wasted $200+.

I honestly wish I had everything unlocked instantly. I could care less about “progression”. It’s all in your head. Play the game and have fun doing that.

Yikes… good for you to have the money to waste and the lack of patience to grind.
I’m at 93 and never bought a level. As long as you used the 2xp tokens wisely, there was no problem gaining a couple levels a night. I have no sympathy for you, but I do think the battlepass window needs to be shortened to match the xp increase.
The money doesn’t go to feed a family 343 ya goof it splits between the game microsoft and share holders and more. It’s business. 343 isn’t poor or in NEED of money like that lol
