> NO, you need certain conditions and rules to play well aka halo 2, but this is not and if you cant play halo reach or halo 4 or what ever they you are not good at the game, if you can only play with 1 rule set then you cannot play the game, its like if im amazing at swat but nothing else i cant say im MLG and sick at halo, cus i can only play swat, and that is what you guys do all the time
The generalizations are massive in this post. So big it hurts man…
The ‘MLG guys’ could play any mode and be decent. They could play Slayer. They could play BTB, or Swat, or Invasion or Infection…
They choose to play MLG primarily because they believe it is the smoothest and most core experience that removes crutches from the game, creating an environment in which you play the other team with as few random and cluttered game functions as possible. In essence, it’s trying to create an environment in which you have nothing to blame defeat for but your own performance.
They could probably dominate in any game. They could play any rule set. They pick the one that the believe the game plays best on and spend most of their time there. That doesn’t make them bad. Almost every player has a ‘primary playlist’ or something. Understood?
Now personally, I don’t like spread of any kind. Massive spread isn’t any better. You can still get lucky.
I’d prefer if they simply didn’t allow you to shoot unless you scope in with the Binary Rifle. Take out that chance of getting a random and ridiculous shot.
