How? I am STRUGGLING to get 3 stars. In the flight it was easy, but almost impossible now it seems.
Gotta do those RNG gamemode specific challenges though

Damn, still having trouble 3starring the Commando. GG on getting that accomplished.
You do get an achievement for getting 3 stars on 5 of the Weapon Drills, but outside of that, yep, nothing. Although honestly, I did not expect a reward really because I think they’re meant more as a practice range than anything else (plus there’s no way I can complete all of them at 3 stars).
Hardest by far was the bulldog tier 3. It is completely based on if the bots run to the back out of range or not.
The bulldog is a PUNISHING tier 3. But anyone know what to do with the Plasma Pistol. Urgh.
Vent often to keep accuracy high and try for headshot after shields are down. Overcharging is worthless. In fact most of the challenges teach you to ignore any weapon function that isn’t the highest dps. Kind of a bad design imo.
Edit: Hydra and ravager comes to mind as particular awful execution. Hydra is 2 shot with no lock on, but 4 shot with lock on. Oh and you can’t lock on while reloading, so it’s doubly stupid. Ravager secondary is poop, damage or duration or area is way too low. One of those needs a buff for sure.
Ravager charged shot insta breaks shields on direct impact, no? So it can be useful.
I think they nerfed ravagers damage though since the flight. AND they nerfed the heck out of the Hammer too 
I would still consider it to be worth grinding these challenges for 3 stars simply for the sake of completing it.
However, I would prefer if this gamemode was less RNG dependent in order to make it easier for a good player to consistently get 3 stars. At the current state, we are unfortunately highly reliant on getting good spawns.

I mean you do get achievements. Also people could just do it for personal goals like what we use to do back in the day.
Back in day we unlocked cool stuff for completing tough challenges put in by the devs. This is literal regression.
Yeah I’m gonna do it either way. Just trying to find the sweet spot for my mouse sensitivity. I’m ALMOST there.
