first of all i don’t know why the title is all in caps, when clearly i don’t have caps on so sorry about that.
When a game doesn’t play like halo 2 or halo 3’s multiplayer, and changes it’s original successful formula like the mediocrity that reach was, then i absolutely, immediately know, that halo 4’s multiplayer will be rubbish. Do i need footage to make connections and establish different components of a game to not work well together? No, i don’t because halo 2 and halo 3 showed me what made a game’s multiplayer fluid, fun, competitive and highly intriguing. To be honest, “Halo” should be removed from the title of this game now. Gameplay will be heavily different from what real “halo” multiplayer is. (Halo 2 and 3). Reach was far from those games and halo 4 is looking even worse.
We essentially have two armor abilities now, (sprint + something else),and now the game is so much easier to get kills because you can see through walls. (honestly? What kind of game is this? How can good players have a skill gap against bad players now if everyone can do this?)Halo Should NEVER have instant respawns. This is an attempt to get players into the game more often, meaning it’s an attempt to get casual players who get killed all the time to play more. This ruins the balance of the game, and highly reduces skill gap. It’s an attempt so now your mom can play halo too! How is this good gameplay at all for a “HALO” game. The answer is it’s NOT good because reach scraped the surface with these ideas and it was an absolute joke, reach was taking the piss.
There is NO way if you played halo 2 and halo 3 religiously online that you could possibly like halo reach’s multiplayer, and halo 4 which is expanding on reach’s ideas will be collectively even worse.
So you keep enjoying your loadouts and armour abilities, but it is not a game that will develop into a world class multiplayer title like it’s original predecessors. (halo 2 and 3). The game will lack that magic fun, addictive competitive play that made you continually return to play the game.

every halo game had change. halo ce, halo 2, halo 3, and halo reach were all different. how exactly would halo 4 not feel like halo if it was not changed?
clearly, you’re being ignorant. I like halo so much that i am getting involved and creating awareness that they are following down the wrong path. I want them to make a world class multiplayer game, but it’s going in the wrong direction. I also never asked if anyone cared what i think.
I want to play the campaign you jerk, i never said i wasn’t going to buy the game, i just don’t want them to make an even worse multiplayer experience than halo reach.

@OP - Until you’ve heard what the gameplay system is setup to feature, please avoid making comments like this. Not saying this is happening, but if a 1-50 ranked versus unranked playlist organization occurs, it could very well feature PERK’s, Halo 4 gameplay for what we’ve seen and certain gameplay elements being excluded for the sake of a competitive gameplay… that and I remember a Halo Bulletin mentioning a “classic” playlist somewhere… either that or people have been calling for it. Either way, the possibilities at this point are still huge…
