Am I the only one who think that halo 5 is pretty much a cookie cutter for modern fps, halo 4 was halo while not the best I sunk way more multiplayer hours into that game, but halo 5 I spend week without playing and even when I do I have one or two matches at best, the pistol for a start why is it better than most weapons in the game why is the grenade spam worse than halo 2, things like quitting something I didn’t do that much in the past means nothing to me now I quit and get a ban and I’m just kinda thankful, I just feel like he future of halo is combining reaches armour abilities and halo 3’s equipment, something that made halo unique, get rid of sprint and ads bring back the classic halo, stop trying to push halo into the modern fps crowd, games like doom don’t try to belong there and neither should halo.

I don’t know what you’re looking to hear from us, OP but I hope you enjoy Halo 6 more.
Maybe take a long break from Halo 5 and come back to us in a month or two? It sucks that you don’t like the game, but many players enjoy the features in the game and don’t want a cookie cutter Halo game either.

To early to say anything on doom just yet being how it’s not out and we’ve yet to actually play it and see what works and what doesn’t. Doom also hasn’t been a consistent game being how there has been a game in what? Almost a decade? Little more?
I I also disagree about halo trying to be like other games, but even then, so are the other shooters. CoDs taken halo elements and tots fall elements, halos taken elements, but they can still hold that original formula while doing so.

OMG… I think I’m going to quit too. Some big mean spartan ground pounded me, then ran over to where my lifeless pile of polygons were lying and teabagged me!
I had to run around the map for the rest of the game with a brown stripe on my new HWC armor. I was so humiliated and upset (but I didn’t quit) I’m going to go see a shrink to hopefully get past this bad experience…(sorry for the sarcasm, lol). MCC has Halo CE up to Halo4. If someone doesn’t like Halo5 they have the option to play any game they want!
You can re-learn the game and have fun, or you can refuse to alter a play style which is no longer effective and pine for the glory days. I guess you’ve already made your choice, but expecting the world to stand still so you’re never pushed out of your comfort zone is not very realistic.
Here we go again…look, if you don’t want to play Halo 5 anymore, just stop playing it as a whole, refund it, get your money back/some money back, and don’t make a thread about why your going to quit Halo 5. I respect you don’t like Halo 5 anymore and refuse to play it, but putting why exactly your quitting Halo 5 on the Halo 5 forums won’t fix anything.

There are people like you with every Halo launch. Nothing new. I really wish you could have as much fun with the game as I do, but hopefully you’ll find something more to your liking.
