Need helping getting a stuck achievement to pop. It’s the “Plugged In” achievement for getting the 17th audio log in ODST. It’s been like that for nearly a month. I have all the way through 29, which shouldn’t be possible if I hadn’t popped 17. It’s what I have though and it’s super annoying that it’s keeping me from getting the 30th audio log as well as the achievement for for listening to all 30 audio logs. Can someone please help a guy out!?
Update: I tried going back on my own into the city to look for the audio logs. (I’ve already done this as a guest on on 2 other accounts.) I noticed in the start menu that it only recorded me as having 13 audio logs. After hitting all the locations again, some of which were yellow and ringing, I managed to listen to and record all 29, which opened up #30. So I got those 2 pesky achievements, but #17 is still Done! Unlocking…

I have the same exact issue with “Wiretapping,” the 9th audio log HA!
343, please respond or make some type of noise to let us know you’re actually there.
I had a massive hour long trouble shooting conversation with a person from MS today. In the end nothing would work on there side of things to make the achievement pop. She told me to come here and make a post and that someone would get back to me. I told her I did that 2 weeks ago as well as a second post a few days ago. Still no response. Oddly enough, she wanted me to go to halo.com, there’s a joke for you! MS don’t even know where to send people for proper tech support. Anyway, I’ve tried to leave a message on your facebook page as well as sending you a tweet. Please respond, we don’t need another EA ruining video games for all of us.

Yeah I’m waiting for that one to unlock too
Was still able to get the one for all 30 audio logs though

Same here. I was told to clear the system cache, then uninstall the game and reinstall (which I have had to do anyway to get another achievement you can’t get with the latest patches) and still not popped.
She told me she would email 343 and get back to me with their response and so far nothing. Whether or not she has definitely sent an email to them I do not know but it shouldn’t have to come to this in the first place! Just one post, one single reply to advise what is being done about it. Then, even if its going to take another two months or whatever to fix, at least we know how long to wait.

I was told that she could in no way contact 343 for me. I’m surprised you got that far. I’ve started making posts on their Facebook page as well as sending them tweets. I’d advise the rest of you do the same.
Someone at 343 please respond. I was told by several people that you are the ones to contact and that you used to help fix this hangups when Halo MCC was first released.
This tweet is the only response from 343 that I have seen on the matter.
Personally, my 15th Audio Log has been stuck for over 3 weeks now, with Done… Unlocking. The achievement shows 100% progress on my Service Record. I was able to unlock all other Audio Log achievements, including the one for all 30. My Service Record also shows that I have 30/30.

I think @Halo is monitored by Bravo, so I’m not sure @Brav would have more luck. It seems rare and random that he responds. I’ve tweeted @Halo and @Brav before with no response. Note that the tweet I linked wasn’t a response to me, but rather someone else who later posted the tweet in a thread I saw.
After spending many houndreds of hours on Halo MCC on my main account working towards completing it 100% achivements wize, only to be stopped at the very end with 2 “Done unlocking” for audio log 1 and 10 in ODST is heartbreaking…
343 please fix this. This is affecting alot of people it seems…

Focus on getting the last two Multiplayer achievements. Hopefully the achievement will unlock itself soon. That or the new dashboard update fixes this issue.

Oh, is 3 months the normal wait time for a glitched achievement to pop?!?
