A lot of my achievements that were stuck in this state have unlocked, but “Delta Halo” and “Regret” are still reading that and have been since 11/11. 343 keeps saying achievements in that state will unlock soon, but it has been almost a month. I have even replayed the levels, Delta Halo once and Regret twice, to no avail. Does anyone else have achievements that just refuse to unlock?

Try to enable scoring or time when you play the levels.
Waypoint also keeps track of what levels you’ve done, so try comparing that? I’m working on Lone Wolf (beating Leg for Halo 4 solo).
I also read some people have luck when not in XBL parties (whatever reason, idk, but some people said they saw results - could be flukes, who knows)
I’ve had some achievements that were also in that state, and just randomly unlock - I can’t tell you what I did different. They just appeared without telling me lol
Overall, the state is a mess, so keep trying different experiments/methods?
