Don’t dwell on hypothetical issues. Stay positive!

I’ve noticed that when it comes to Infinite, a problem with the Halo community is that we tend to create hypothetical problems whenever we receive positive news about the upcoming game. I won’t point fingers, but it’s kinda hard watching people get themselves worked up over issues that don’t even exist (yet ). But the point of this post isn’t to complain about complaining, it’s to remind y’all to stay optimistic while we wait for more info! Think about all the great news we’ve received over the last several days. There’s going to be so much awesome stuff in Infinite, and I think it’s better to focus on that. Is all the new information bound to please everyone? Absolutely not, and that’s where the debate comes in. But I feel like we should keep that discourse centered around the information 343 has given us, as opposed to what they haven’t. Blowing up hypothetical scenarios doesn’t make for a healthy conversation.

So what’s the point of this post? I guess it’s just to start a general discussion. We can talk about why we’re excited about for Halo Infinite, or why we’re not!

Halo means so many different things to so many people… and there is no way Infinite can be everyone’s Halo. And you just have to accept there will be change. But try and focus on the good. Be a glass half full Halo fan… especially when there is so much more to come.

Personally I am so excited… there is so much more to find out. I want to see Campaign in action. I want to see Forge / Scripting. I want to see what Custom options we have. Is there is going to be a new API?

And of course… where are the flights?

I will only expect what has been shown or told. Everything else will be a surprise.
