Seriously, no Power Weapon spawns takes all the strategy out of Dominion. You just kinda run in bases and take them without fear of retaliation of power weapons.

Dominion is much better now than before, but now there is a chronic shortage of power weapons…
Just saying having a rocket pop down every now and then is fine, just not every resupply or not at all during the game…
That said, I’d much prefer the settings stay the way they are now than go back to what they were!

I agree. The former power weapon spam from before was ridiculous, but no power weapons is boring. A balance needs to be found.

I don’t know about that. Seeing that your definition of fun is all about power weapons Infinity Slayer seems to be for you.
IMO Dominion stinks is because no one knows how to play it, they take a base and then run away thinking it works like domination. They fail to realize that you have to defend until the timer reaches 0 to score points.
If people knew how to play it would be so much better. I also think each base needs at least one power weapon each resupply.

I wouldn’t say that NOBODY knows how to play Dominion. There are plenty of people who understand that it’s not just Team Slayer.
And those people are called “The opposing team in every freaking match.”
(Seriously, “Dominion Victory” is a more difficult commendation to get than the Plasma Pistol).
You got that right. This was the one fun game-type and now it’s ruined with not only bad ordnance drops but the changes to the default layouts are just stupid. Why drop assault rifles and battle rifles when I spawn with those. So stupid.
That’s the end of my matchmaking.

I, for one is quite glad that it no longer happens. Though, the odd Railgun or Spartan Laser would be useful to take down a Banshee once in a while on Longbow.
Lel. No. Before hand dominion was actually IC slayer in a disguise. And it was just a fight over B because A and C get took early and you couldn’t wade through the Power weapon spam.
Power weapons still spawn in dominion. Just not in your base. Not to mention Personnel ORD is still in play. The only people who really think these new changes are people who loved being cheap. If you want a power weapon spam then go to action sack. That’s where silly nonsense belongs.
