Does anybody want Dominion from Halo 4 to return in Halo 5? It was a cool gamemode, and I think it would fit well with Big Team Battle for this game.
If you don’t know or remember what Dominion was, it’s a game mode where there are three bases. Two teams, red and blue, have to try to capture all the bases. If a team captures all the bases, then the other team members get an overshield, but at the cost of not being able to respawn, until that team captures at least one base. Each base has its own set of base turrets and vehicles. When a base is captured by let’s say the red team, then only the red team can use those vehicles for that base. Also, if the base is captured by red team, then the base turrets defend the base from blue team. The game ends when one team captures all the bases, and then kills all the opponents on the other team.

Maybe not as it was exactly in 4, but something like it, yes.

Lockdown certainly was intense, I’ll say that much.
Dominion is a really good 343-made mode and it’s kinda weird that 343 removed it from H5 (the same goes for Extraction). Although, I read somewhere that Warzone was based on Dominion so 343 might felt that it was an unnecessary to add, at lunch at least.
I really hope they look at adding it in halo 6. I hope they learned their lesson that large fireteam enthusiasts want a place to play with their squads.
A btb list with real maps ( larger dev made maps with a few forged ones as well).
A btb without broken spawns. Halo 5 btb spawns are just bad.
A btb that had the best thing from halo 4 return to its playlist. Dominion. I don’t think dominion needs a dedicated playlist, but putting it in the btb rotation would be fun.
Assault! Why is assault not in the btb playlist?!
pistol AR starts! Maps are just to small for br starts.
i loved warzone when 12 player teams were allowed. Btb would be a viable replacement but it’s just a thrown together playlist.
I just hope more effort goes into btb in halo 6. Adding dominion into the mix would go a long way for me.
A halo 5 Warzone based dominion would be a dream come true. I mean they can do a lot of marketing around it and use it to boost H5’s population. One of my favourite modes in halo 4.

It was amazing! It would go good because of the intensity of halo 5’s multiplayer! Plus, it would be even better in this game because of all the weapons and vehicles that were added during the updates.
