Doesn't Unlock "I Didn't Train To Be A Pilot"

I’ve tried unlocking this achievement on console and PC and Still nothing has worked. I was even playing with a friend and he popped it while in a Campaign Mission WITH ME, I was the Host if that means anything. I Saw On Trueachievements That this achievement is labeled Buggy Negative, But Many People are grabbing it no problem.

Am I The One in a Million That Can’t Pop This Achievement!?

Its Awful Too Considering I had Got all 600 Achievements Before Reach, Then Tackled Most of The New Reach Achievements, Then This Happens With Nothing But This Achievement I’m Talking about and The LASO Playlist Achievement Left.

I Am Aware of the Anti Cheat version of MCC where achievements are disabled, I didn’t use that version to play. Just Xbox One and Microsoft Store Version of MCC

I dunno if you’ve been able to fix this, but I’m still suffering this problem and it’s a real bummer. One of the last Halo Reach achievements I need.
