Im having trouble accessing waypoint on a silver account I have, it says “Can’t launch Halo Waypoint” when I try to play it, but on my gold account it works perfectly fine…
I believe it is LIMITED, not completely unavailable to Free users.
Yeah not sure I would hope you wont need to be gold.

There is a current licensing issue that only allows the user who downloaded the app to run it. Did your gamertag download the app on the kit, or did another gamertag download it? You may want to try downloading it again to see if it fixes the issue.
Thank you angel, now it works fine, not as I spected since you need a gold account for full access, but my brother now can get the bonus terminal credits 
He loves Halo, especially firefight
