does anyones Xbox just randomly make like a loading noise like its reading something even when just browsing threw Xbox live? It’s not very loud just like a loading or reading sound? Just curious thanks

No and this is a question that you should maybe post on the forums on the xbox website. Just saying so you don’t get banned from posting on waypoint, it happened to a friend of mine for posting things in the wrong forums.
This should be in the General Discussion section. You’ll probably have better luck there. Just ask a Monitor to move it.

If a game is in there than it’s possible. Mine is extremely quiet but once or twice yes with no disc in my One I’ve thought I’ve heard something nothing alarming but it could have been cable box when plastic casing cools I believe a noise is made
Not while idling and browsing no. Sometimes during long gaming sessions or long downloads but in general.
