I can’t believe I haven’t seen either 343 or the community talking about this. Yeah, I bet the Map Pass doesn’t work for it, but I would really like some confirmation.
The War Games pass only covered the first three map packs. We’ve known since October 2012.
If you want anything included in the Champions Bundle, you’ll have to pay for it.

bs angel and other 343i employees have already confirmed that Champions is not included with the Map Pass.

343i said it at their panel at RTX.
They confirmed it when they announced the map pass in October, and that they’ve made no mention of it in Champion’s Bundle price announcments.
The War Games Map Pass only covers the first 3 Map Packs, as the pass clearly states. It even listed the 3, Crimson, Majestic, and Castle.
The price of the Pass also confirms it. $25, iirc. Which was 3 $10 DLCs and a little discount.

But I’m not gonna watch the entire thing to point out to you what time in the video they say Champions is not included in the War Games Map Pass. But I assure you, they did say and have said more than once that Champions is not included with the Map Pass.
