Well… According to the REQ system I have all bronze and silver REQs however… I don’t have a single mongoose… I guess my collection can never be completed now. These things don’t drop in gold packs…
I think that the req system is new to Halo. I will say that the req system is disappointing, for example when you buy any req pack with req points or real money, you get random types of req cards.

I got most of the mongoose certifications from daily win packs. If you really want them badly, you have to get several bronze packs for 1 certification.

I’d prefer if we got to choose our REQs individually with points rather than buy the RNG packs.
Like we have the full armoury at our disposal and we use the REQ points to purchase all our customisation, vehicles, weaponry etc. at our own leisure rather than unlocking 2 random things at a time with packs.
If I was to grind knowing I’d be the one choosing to unlock and collect things I choose, I’d have no problem grinding because I’m a completionist and unlocking everything in a game is fun to me. But RNG just ruins it. Gears of War 4 killed itself with its crappy REQ rip off.
Well I am pretty far into my REQ collection. So I do get some pretty good REQ from my packs. Not to mention yesterday I just got the Hunter helmet with a legendary assasination with and a bunch of other rares.

But my bronze and silver packs give me random junk and refund me my REQ points because I supposedly have all the items that are not legendary tier…

I think it’s completely indifferent to my existence working through set processes that result in the something equivalent to randomness.

Bronze packs aren’t guaranteed unlocks. It’s about every 3 or 4 for me and it’s the only place to get a few mongoose variants.
We dont like it each other,but need to accept the others exsistence.
Never loves anyone not even if you finish your silver grind into your gold.
The REQ system is a good and refreshing idea,but it would be so much better if we could buy armor customization individually like in Reach.
The REQ system is incapable of emotion.
That being said, I’d say I’ve fallen in around the central peak of the bell curve of luck when it comes to unlocking things in the REQ system. I’ve gotten several things I liked relatively early, but many things I want have yet to be unlocked.
The daily login packs absolutely love me, I get mythic stuff nearly every day.
I think it only likes me as a friend.
I have everything and tons of REQ points… it luvs me! 
I think I got the DMR at around level 30ish, so I guess I’m pretty lucky, in that regard. I also seem to get loads of Answers and SPNKr Primes too. I still haven’t unlocked Helljumper yet though and I’ve almost finished gold packs now. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the last thing I unlock, haha. Could always go for more Wasps too!

pretty sure your bronze packs are not giving you points, because they don’t. If you want them you have to keep buying bronze.
it doesnt give me enough banshees. but at least ill never run out of any power weapons

I get more Banshees than I know what to do with, its the Wasps that avoid me like I’ve got some sort of infectious disease ;v;
I can confirm! 11 Banshees, 18 Sword Banshees, 7 Wasps, one Hannibal Wasp, and an impressive ZERO ONI Wasps out of one hundred gold packs.
Hates me. SR 58 with no DMR unlock, my armor sucks, and I can’t get the -Yoink- sentinel beam.
