Does the MoR pack include weapon skins?

Or is it only certs, stances, and armor? I know they took emblems out of pack for the “perm unlock” slots. I’m tempted but I’m afraid I’ll get -Yoink- haha

i really want Juns armor. I know it’s a long shot but still.
