Does the light rifle trace like the binary?

Wondering if the light rifle traces like the binary.

Also, is the binary a 1 shot kill weapon? I always assume that the people I kill are weak.

wow you must be new to halo…the light rifle pretty much has trace cause as soon as you fire you’ll have 5 DMR’s blasting you away. and the binary is a one hitter quitter.
