Does the Halo 5 Local Server allow campaign?

I have 1 xbox one and halo 5 (no xbox live), and I have 2 people in the same house who want to play campaign together. If I get another xbox one and some ethernet cables (or connect by wifi), does the LAN tool allow me to play campaign between the 2 xbox one’s? It only mentions about multiplayer matches, but doesn’t mention campaign.

As far as I know it only supports multiplayer
