I made a trailer about a week ago and the new official launch trailer has been released. i don’t know why but it feels familiar to mine? not similar mind you but how it sends the message?
or maybe i’m being silly.

i see practically no similarity really. The thing it feels similar too for me is actually just the last trailer, since half of it was pulled out of that. They really don’t have much to show for the “largest Halo yet.” Still just the same one biome…
i see what you mean. i like to think, when it comes to your one biome comment, that a lot of the campaign is being hidden. there is a lot of mysteries going into the campaign.
plus, when they said that this is supposed to be a 10 year long game, my guest would be that it will introduce new environements/biomes. at least that is just me speculating.

I have been hoping for that too, considering how the entire Ark portion of Halo 3 was under wraps until it came out, and the flood were concealed in Halo CE trailers. It would be very cool if they suddenly take us to a different part of the ring, but I get the sense that considering the biome concerns, they would have shown us it already. We can always hope!
Personally I appreciate that the campaign is going to be around a while and may include new biomes, but if they are charging $60 just for the campaign, then it needs to be at least as versatile as Halo 3 or Reach.
