So I was sitting there on the eternal source of wisdom Ones couch, and I thought, is a Wort like a sign of poverty, like would a Sangheili such as thel Wort or was that frowned upon, and should I be sent to prison for such a dum question? Please help me with these questions

From what I recall, elite sounds in CE were made from reversing and slowing down Johnson’s lines.

Given that that line can be said by any elite in CE, i don’t see why it could be assumed to be a word using by those of low status. As even special operations and zealot class elites use it.

Interestingly, both Halo Reach and Halo 4 have ‘wort wort wort’ lines as well! Even though they’re likely included in the games just to be a nice little callback to CE, it makes me wonder if ‘wort’ is an actual word in the Elite language after all.
