Does someone want to eplain why a 2 shot weapon is in SWAT?

Normally, it’s 2 shots to break the shield and then 1 shot to the head or 2 shots to the body.

In SWAT there are no shields so it’s just 1 shot to the head or 2 shots to the body.

How does everyone feel about weapon and equipment pickups in SWAT?

Example: Sidekick SWAT w/ a Commando on the map.
