Does "Old" Halo MCC allow playing with PC?

Hi,
I bought XBox One back in 2015 and bought Halo MCC at the same time. Novadays (not back then) the MCC is a version which you can play with PC as well. I was wondering, can I now play MCC on my PC if I install Halo MCC on my XBox again? Haven’t really played anything in my xbox in ages… :slight_smile: Currently I don’t see it in “My Games” if I’m looking at my Live-profile. Sorry if this has been asked before, couldn’t locate it on the forums…

Halo: The Master Chief Collection was never a Play Anywhere title to begin with; so if you want to play it on PC you have to buy the game again. The only thing that the PC version has that links it to the Xbox version (so far) is saved progress.
